The Gonge® Floor Surfer rollerboard is a perfect toy for playing as well as for training motor skills. This scooter board can be used by kids for a large variety of activities, exercises, lesson plans, sensory therapy at schools, daycare centers, clinics, gym facilities or just at home. The Floor Surfer® has been developed by pediatric physiotherapists and stimulates children at every motor skills level. Kids can roll, scoot, and glide their way to physical milestones in balance and motor skills.
The design of this scooter board is slightly tapered at the front to give increased freedom of movement for arms. The four wheels are set far enough underneath the surf board so that kids will not roll over their fingers. Additionally, the wheels feature double ball bearings that are enclosed to protect little fingers even more. The padded top is comfortable to lay, sit or knee on.
You can use the scooter-board to help children with low tone, bilateral coordination challenges, build upper body strength and much more. Scooter boards can be used to develop skills in the areas of upper body and core strength, motor planning activities and as part of a sensory diet. The unit will help develop motor skills and also encourages social interaction when several Floor Surfers are in use.

I very much like that children can sit on this rollerboard or lay down on it and push themselves with their hands and won't run over or smash their little fingers. The design and quality of this surfer board is much better than the cheaper ones I have used earlier.
