2.1 Who is KinderSpell®
KinderSpell® is manufactuerer and wholesaler of play furniture and balance movement toys for use in child care institutions, primary schools, therapy centres, public play corners, waiting rooms and indoor play centres. We are active in no less than 12 European countries and are worldwide owner of the famous JunkTrunk® brand name: the unique range of furniture for children with patented storage system.
Since many years we are an official member of Trust Ecommerce Europe and are accredited for carrying its official trustmark label. This guarantees that you can safely purchase on all of our websites.
2.2 Is this website also intended for private consumers?
Everybody is very much welcome on our website! Consumers should be aware, however, that all prices quoted are excluding VAT. As soon as you will add a product to your shopping cart, you will observe that automatically the belonging VAT is added to the total. Companies and institutions which hold a VAT-number can file for a refund of the paid VAT with their next tax declaration. Obviously consumers cannot.
2.3 What freight charges do I pay?
Our freight charges are directly calculated through our webshop before ordering the product(s) in question. Since our systems are linked online to the DPD and DHL distribution systems, you are immediately notified of the freight costs. In general we can say that the costs are depending on your location (country and postal code) as well as on the weight/dimensions of the product(s) ordered. Therefore you are 100% sure that you will never pay too much for transport to your address.
To give you a rough indication, small parcels are being delivered throughout the U.K. and Ireland for € 9.95 (including VAT), bigger packages for € 14.95 and heavy and voluminous shipments come close to € 19,95. For delivery to Scandinavia and Eastern European countries, these amounts mentioned above could be slightly higher.
2.4 Can you deliver us on invoice?
All existing customers are automatically delivered on invoice (payment condition: 30 days net). If you are a new customer, we can under certain conditions supply you also on invoice provided your company holds a valid VAT number or your institution is officially registered. In case you would like to be delivered on invoice, please choose for "payment by bank transfer" during the order process. Should your company or institution fail our liquidity test, then we will inform you accordingly and ask you kindly to settle payment first.
Consumers are always delivered after payment has been received. You can choose to pay by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Maestro or bank transfer.
2.5 Can you supply us with Cash-on-Delivery?
Of course it is always possible to be delivered by cash-on-delivery. However, we do not recommend this due to the costs incurred and invoiced by our forwarding agents (which we are forced to impose on you). These costs amount to € 15.00 and relate to both the U.K., Ireland and the Scandinavien countries. For Eastern European countries this COD-charge is € 17.85

2.6 What are my rights in terms of warranty and buyer protection?
For all articles we supply, the official warranty period of 1 year is applicable. However, also after this period we commit ourselves to find mutually an adequate solution should quality problems unexpectedly arise. Furthermore, we have committed ourselves to the rules and rulings of the European Home Shopping Act which stipulates that you always have the right to withdraw your order within 14 days after purchase. And this without any reason or explanation. Also you have the possibility to exchange an article in case it deviates in terms of colour, shape, size or specifications.
